My favorite way to make hemp protein anything is in a berry smoothie.
You will need:
One large ripe banana
3 tbsp frozen blueberries
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1tsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp tahini
3/4th cup milk of choice – I use almond
Put all in a blender and mix until desired consistency.
Now you are ready for your workout or the start of your day!

2 x bananas
Tablespoon of peanut butter
2 cups unsweetened almond milk

My favorite smoothie recipe:
4oz Hemp Milk
4oz Kefir
8oz Water
One scoop hemp protein powder
8oz frozen spinach
1/4c frozen blueberries
1/2 banana (mom hack: I use my daughter’s baby food)
2T flax meal
2T hemp hearts
2t Maca Powder
3t chia seeds
3T oatmeal
Blend it all up and enjoy it. Add more or less water/liquid depending on preferences, and switch out fruits. I mix everything but the spinach and blueberries first, then add those at the end, so they’re still chunky and frozen.
