Absolutely yes. The same nutritional benefits that we humans (aka mammals) receive applies to cattle too. There is already much research published by scientists that supports that benefit to performance and health in cattle. Elements such as the Omega 3, 6, and 9; these essential fatty acids are significant factors in its health advantages for animal feed.
In some states, hemp is fed to animals as pellets, oil supplements, and crushed seed meal.

I believe there is still research in this area that is needed for hemp animal feed. There are framers out there that swear by it for cattle feed.

Yes! Hemp is an excellent alternative to straw, grass, or corn for cows, at least. A hemp fiber supplement helps contract the first part of their stomachs, which stimulates and improves digestion. The cows that eat hemp are exceptionally healthy and produce a little more milk.

Hemp components are not still affirmed as livestock feed. In 2008, a bill passed that permitted industrial hemp to be planted, grown, and developed in research programs. Officials say it’s not just the time to approve hemp products for use in livestock feed.

I’m afraid I have to disagree with Hempmaster3000. Hemp ingredients are still not approved for use in animal feed.
While the 2018 Farm Bill allows industrial hemp to be grown in research programs, feed control officials say that hemp and hemp-derived products are NOT approved yet for use in animal feed.

Yes! All livestock can and probably is eating hemp or hemp-based products. It is currently being studied that there is a potential that it could be good for them to eat hemp.
