Hemp is typically planted and harvested within 16 months. Some varieties can be grown in the colder months, so I do not see how you could not potentially grow hemp all year round.

Hemp can be grown all year round. Hemp requires warmer temperatures and a humid atmosphere to grow. During the germination period, the seedlings require moisture-rich soil. If you are looking to grow hemp all year round, it is recommended to do so in a greenhouse where the climate can be controlled, and multiple harvests may be possible.

You have to know that indeed in areas that seem to contain warm temperatures the whole of the year, hemp would only be harvested once in a year. Hence, people find it effortless to control the climate through the greenhouse environment, which leads us to the fact it can grow all year with multiple harvests.

Well, as long as you have 3 or 4 months of beautiful weather with enough rain in a row, you can. Mostly it is planted in the spring and harvested in the fall.

Depending on where you are, yes. Hemp needs a sufficient amount of rain and good soil to grow in. If you have winters, most likely not as hemp plants cannot survive below 29F, especially if they are not fully mature.
