CBD oil, also known as Cannabidiol, is extracted from the resinous flower of cannabis and is known for its therapeutic properties in healing many ailments, including blood clots. CBD oil is highly safe and effective in treating blood clots as it helps increase blood flow. Since CBD oil is organic and works as an anticoagulant, it is always recommended to start with low doses. High doses can have side effects like dizziness, diarrhea, tiredness, and headaches. Always consult your doctor before starting with CBD.

CBD oil does not cause blood clots. If your family has a history of blood clots, I would definitely consult a doctor though.

Blood clots could cause other severe problems if not adequately treated. But there’s nothing to worry about blood clots while taking CBD oil. It can be an effective and natural alternative for blood clot treatment. Studies show that CBD can help in increasing the flow of blood and can even prevent a blood clot from forming.

A study was done that showed a cannabis extract, which contains the three cannabinoids THC, CBD, and CBN had an anticoagulant effect. “Anticoagulant” means it prevented the blood from coagulating or clotting as it would normally. This means that blood clots are LESS likely to affect you during the use of CBD; in fact, it could stop your blood from clotting.

As other people on this thread have mentioned, if you have any concerns before using CBD, consult your medical practitioner. Remember, CBD is legal everywhere, so you don’t have to worry when asking your doctor.

Probably not as it’s taken in low doses and all natural but if you are on other medications or anything I would talk with a doctor first if you are worried about it.

If you have underlying health concerns and aren’t sure I would consult a doctor but I haven’t seen any evidence of CBD oil causing blood clots.
