There are claims of anecdotal proof for beneficial properties ranging from improving acne to treating cancer and slowing the progression of heart and Alzheimer’s disease. Several claims have not been proven yet by a clinical research. However, data suggests that hemp oil may be able to help certain health issues, such as inflammation and skin conditions. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Melody 0 Questions 145 Answers 0 Best Answers 295 Points View Profile Melody 2020-06-24T16:55:51-04:00Added an answer on June 24, 2020 at 4:55 pm Harvard says it helps a bunch of health issues, but the evidence I consider the best is how they treat childhood epilepsy syndromes (Dravet and Lennox-Gastaut.) These kids don’t do well on antiseizure medications so they’ve done a bunch of studies. You can see the videos online of how it helps these kids. Plus, the FDA recently finally approved a cannabis-derived medicine, Epidiolex. So, more research for everything else, but this is a good start. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Lizzie 0 Questions 11 Answers 0 Best Answers 23 Points View Profile Lizzie 2020-06-24T10:30:29-04:00Added an answer on June 24, 2020 at 10:30 am Hemp is a great natural way to boost your health, both for chronic conditions and general health. I have been adding it where ever I can, from consuming it, swapping out oils in cooking, and rubbing it into my joints when they are sore. It’s been such a popular natural product the last few years, but I’ve been reading it has been used for hundreds of years, so it’s no shrinking violet. If you can, I would start adding hemp products and CBD oil into your life and you will start to see benefits in your skin, stress levels and general well being. It’s an amazing plant, and one of the best things is it is renewable and there’s no shortage. Personally I love to use it where ever I can, and have found that products made from hemp like clothing are super strong, win win. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Interestedinhemp 0 Questions 42 Answers 0 Best Answers 85 Points View Profile Interestedinhemp 2020-06-22T11:21:59-04:00Added an answer on June 22, 2020 at 11:21 am As others have already mentioned hemp oil has many medical benefits. It really depends on the person though and what conditions they are trying to heal. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp amanda.tolar Waynesburg, United States (US) 0 Questions 200 Answers 0 Best Answers 416 Points View Profile amanda.tolar 2020-04-20T19:42:00-04:00Added an answer on April 20, 2020 at 7:42 pm Yes! So at a basic level, plain Jane hemp oil (think olive oil, but from hemp) has THE perfect ratio of Omega 3s and Omega 5s for optimal absorption! Our family has switched out taking nasty fish oil vitamins with simply cooking with hemp oil! Tastes a WHOLE lot better. This oil also has positive results when used topically on skin, and is used in many skincare products. CBD oil has a whole other spectrum of health benefits. It can decrease stress and anxiety, and help those who suffer from panic disorders. It has been proven to be effective in treating seizure disorders, although full-spectrum (which contains THC) is more effective on those lines. It can alleviate chronic pain in patients with ongoing difficulties from prior trauma, or those with arthritis. Up until the “Reefer Madness” era, hemp/cannabis/marijuana was basically what Tylenol is to us today. Trouble sleeping? Here’s some cannabis. Menstrual cramps? Cannabis. Headache? Cannabis. That said, the whole cannabis family can be beneficial for a plethora of uses. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Hemp-guy 0 Questions 29 Answers 0 Best Answers 75 Points View Profile Hemp-guy 2020-04-19T18:57:13-04:00Added an answer on April 19, 2020 at 6:57 pm Hemp oil which contains CBD has been shown to have some benefits from what I’ve read. I think it can help with things like pain, seizures, sleep and things like that. If you go to youtube there are a handful of videos of people taking CBD for seizures that are pretty incredible to watch. Although it’s probably best to talk with a doctor first before using it as an official medication. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Sizkousar 0 Questions 3 Answers 0 Best Answers 25 Points View Profile Siz 2020-03-04T17:06:50-05:00Added an answer on March 4, 2020 at 5:06 pm Hemp oil has been hyped for its wide range of health benefits. The most reliable scientific evidence of hemp oil is the effective treatment of some painful childhood epilepsy syndrome, such as Lennox-Gastaut (LGS) and Dravet syndrome. These syndromes usually do not respond to anti-seizure medicines. In various studies, the hemp oil is used to reduce numerous seizures, and in a few cases, it stopped them. There are many videos available on the internet. These are about the CBD effects on children diseases and seizures and are quite outstanding. Recently, the first-ever hemp plant-derived medicine was approved by the FDA for epidiolex condition. It is also used to addressing several types of chronic pain. Experiments done on animals showed that applying CBD helps inflammation and pain caused due to arthritis. Another severe chronic pain that is ‘neuropathic’ is treated with the help of this oil. Another study showed the reduced risk of heart diseases by enhancing the high blood pressure (hypertension) in certain people. The hemp benefits findings suggest that it can be a complementary therapy for people diagnosed with hypertension and that complicated by anxiety and stress. However, more studies and experiments are needed to prove the medicinal benefits of hemp oil. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login or register to add a new answer.
