This is because of the many nutrients found in hemp on a molecular level. Terpenes, cannabinoids, and certain plant molecules that hemp contains work both individually and together to increase general health, strengthen your immune system, relieve inflammation (again particularly in the autoimmune system), speed up metabolism, and lower your risk of developing certain chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp HempGuru United States (US) 0 Questions 17 Answers 0 Best Answers 54 Points View Profile HempGuru 2020-06-29T21:42:26-04:00Added an answer on June 29, 2020 at 9:42 pm You may want to google hemp oil weight loss testimonials, or reviews of products just to see what others are saying. Omega-3 fatty acids and gamma linoleic acids found in hemp oil help in increasing metabolism and prevent gaining of weight. There are also nutrients in hemp oil that could curb your appetite, making you feel full more often and eat less. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Melody 0 Questions 59 Answers 0 Best Answers 120 Points View Profile Melody 2020-06-20T19:14:43-04:00Added an answer on June 20, 2020 at 7:14 pm The short answer is, it might help, yep. Apparently, CBD doesn’t deactivate CB1 receptors (so, no munchies!) but could actually get other molecules to block the receptors. That reduces appetite for some people. For me, it makes “comfort eating” less likely because I feel better, so I don’t know about science and receptors so much as not chowing down on the whole bag of chips. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Abigail 2 Questions 43 Answers 0 Best Answers 86 Points View Profile Abed Pishdad 2020-06-20T17:56:29-04:00Added an answer on June 20, 2020 at 5:56 pm I can say you just hit the point but on conditions. We have to suppose a proper and specific diet for your body and physical conditions supported by regular exercise as defaults but, when it comes to getting help from other substances, I can introduce the CBD oil as one of ever-increasing and popular extracts from cannabis family that is used extensively used for weight loss. It is indicated in some researches that CBD increased metabolism and thus reduced body fat and appetite, the later however, in some cases has shown to boost the appetite. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp hempbarn32 4 Questions 39 Answers 0 Best Answers 79 Points View Profile hempbarn32 2020-06-20T16:20:49-04:00Added an answer on June 20, 2020 at 4:20 pm I don’t know if hemp oil or cannabis oil can help you lose weight, but I have heard from others they had good results. But really comes down to diet and your intake of food. Hemp oil does have Omega-3 fatty acids that does help with other nutrients. I would talk to a doctor first about a good diet plan along with taking any type of oils. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Seymour Simone 0 Questions 85 Answers 0 Best Answers 172 Points View Profile Seymour Simone 2020-05-18T11:37:48-04:00Added an answer on May 18, 2020 at 11:37 am Exercise and diet play a bigger role in weight loss, but hemp oil can be used to reduce joint pain and improve recover between workouts. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp mhoffz 0 Questions 24 Answers 0 Best Answers 73 Points View Profile mhoffz 2020-05-02T02:52:22-04:00Added an answer on May 2, 2020 at 2:52 am Honestly, if you are concerned with losing weight your best bet is diet and exercise hands down. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Hempmaster3000 0 Questions 101 Answers 0 Best Answers 215 Points View Profile Hempmaster3000 2020-05-01T13:03:56-04:00Added an answer on May 1, 2020 at 1:03 pm In addition to exercise and dieting- yes! So hemp oil is higher in the good fatty acids, while being lower in saturated fats than other oils. That said, just taking it won’t be a miracle diet or anything, like you won’t necessarily lose weight because you are taking it, if that’s the only change you make. You could expect to see some results, though, if you swap it out for lard, olive oil, canola oil, or other oils/greases in cooking. But, like with anything, a holistic approach is the best, so I’d suggest the above trade combined with an increase in exercise. Incorporate exercise, healthy foods, with some daily choice hemp oil. Taking the oils alone will not make you shred fat. Start a hemp diet plan. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Sophia 0 Questions 3 Answers 0 Best Answers 29 Points View Profile Sophia 2020-03-05T13:57:25-05:00Added an answer on March 5, 2020 at 1:57 pm Hemp seed oil has many vital nutrients that help in losing weight. However, exercise and diet still work as a catalyst to maintain weight. Omega-3 fatty acids in hemp seed immensely help in this regard as they increase the metabolism. Hemp seed oil is rich in gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), which has some unique effects on weight. Studies tell that GLA not necessarily helps in weight loss, but it helps to maintain a healthy weight and also helps to prevent weight gaining after losing weight. One tablespoon of hemp seed oil has 125 calories. Compared to olive oil, hemp seed oil contains 20 times more fatty acids and much less saturated fat. Hemp seed or whole hemp seeds with intact shells have high insoluble fiber levels. When digested, these fibers turn into a gel-like consistency, which helps in digestion and blood sugar levels as well. For digestive health, having a diet with high fiber is very crucial and hence aid in weight loss. The research is still in its early phase, however, but studies told that cannabinoids and cannabinoid therapy, like CBD use, helps to lower the blood sugar level and also prevent type II diabetics. The cannabis users had a lower body fat percentage and mass index than non-users. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login or register to add a new answer.
