Yes! It will not and isn’t strong enough to reach the blood stream. It will penetrate the skin and effect nearby cannabinoid receptors.

Yes, it absorbs quickly into the skin. It is considered to be much better for your skin, compared to regular lotion too. Unlike cream, hemp oil does not clog the pores of your skin, preventing, to some degree, acne and blackhead growth. It is excellent for hydrating all skin types, notably drier ones, as it is a great hydrating liquid.
