Adding hemp hearts to any of your favorite healthy recipes is a great way to aid in weight loss, as the hearts are high in protein and good fats. I like to sprinkle them on salads, mix them into the syrup when we make granola, use them in smoothies, or add them to oatmeal! You don’t have to complicate it– just add them where you’d want them! (:
