I’ve got an excellent keto smoothie recipe using hemp seeds.

      Blend:
      1 cup full-fat coconut milk
      Four pieces of ice (optional)
      1 cup fresh baby spinach
      1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 medium avocado, pitted and peeled
      2 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
      A handful of blueberries

If you want, you can also add an optional bit of stevia or maple syrup if you’re going to sweeten it.

Just pure hemp seed hearts, thrown into a blender with a banana.

Nothing beats the sweetness of the banana, plus the nutrition from the hemp seed hearts.

If you want to add the fat for keto, throw in some avocado.

If you got a sweet tooth, you could add some dates.

      By far the best smoothie.

This is my favorite, and it’s pretty easy to make – found the recipe right on google.
      KETO OATMEAL COOKIES
      yield: 24 SERVINGS
      prep time: 10 MINUTES
      cook time: 15 MINUTES
      total time: 25 MINUTES
This keto oatmeal cookie is wholesome, sweet, & hard to beat–and uses hemp hearts!
      INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour, super fine
      1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
      3/4 cup finely diced walnuts
      2 tablespoons flax meal
      One teaspoon xanthan gum
      1/2 teaspoon baking powder
      1/4 teaspoon salt
      One teaspoon ground cinnamon
      1/2 cup keto-friendly sweetener
Eight tablespoons (4 oz.) butter, softened
      1 large egg
      1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
      DIRECTIONS
      1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
      2
Get a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients: almond flour, hemp seeds, walnuts, flax meal, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
      3
In another separate bowl, use an electric hand mixer, cream together sweetener of choice, softened butter, egg, and vanilla.
      4
Pour dry ingredients in with wet ingredients. Using a mixer on low speed or a wooden spoon, gently combine ingredients until well blended.
      5
Grab a tablespoon-sized scoop, drop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
But for allulose, make sure that you leave at 3 inches between dropped cookie dough as the dough will spread as it cooks.
With erythritol, flatten the dough before baking as it will not spread on its own. Make sure to press down with your thumb or a fork until dough is 2-3 inches in diameter (about 1/2 inch thick).
      6
Place cookies in a preheated oven.
And with allulose: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
For erythritol: Bake for 15 minutes.
      7
Okay, once cooked, wait at least 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Cookie texture is best when cooled completely.
      8
      Storage:
With allulose: Store the cookies in a refrigerator, although counter storage area is fine, The texture is best right out of the fridge.
For erythritol: Store at room temperature.
      9
      Enjoy!a

I wouldn’t call it a recipe, so much as an easy snack, but my go-to is avocado slices topped with a little bit of Himalayan salt, garlic, and a sprinkling of hemp hearts or seeds. Hearts and seeds are also a great addition to any keto protein drink or smoothie!

Almost any keto recipe can be easily upgraded with hemp seeds. They are a significant boost in protein, fatty acids, and are naturally filled with oil, so they are easy to cook as well. If making something that you are heating in a saucepan, add the hemp seeds to it once you have prepared the first vegetables. If making oatmeal, add in the hemp seeds with the oatmeal base you are using.
