Cold presses are the purest and healthiest extraction because there are no residual solvents left behind.
You can get a simple crank for extraordinarily cheap and use it to cold press plants, nuts, and seeds for their oils.
With a little elbow grease and a LOT of seeds, you can get your own hemp oil and save tons of money.

I know this one! Hemp Seed Oil is extracted by pressing the raw hemp seeds from the Hemp plant. Only industrial Hemp is used to make Hemp seed oil. Cold-pressed, unrefined Hemp Seed Oil has a rich, nutty flavor and green tint to it.

Cold pressing is thought to be one of the more pure forms of extraction… Using a mechanical extractor (like a press), the oil is extracted below a temperature of 40*C. It’s not chemically treated or cleaned, and all the sediment and debris is removed mechanically via filtration.

This is quite simple. Firstly, you will need to by the proper hand crank or hydraulic press of sorts. You then just take the piles of hemp seeds, add them into the crank/press you have, and without reaching high temperatures, press the lever down until you start to see oil flowing out from the spout. When cold filtering, I would recommend to have some sort of filter at the end of the spout to remove particulates.
