With so many different manufacturers and products, it’s essential to check the label of any product without a predetermined shelf-life expectancy. That said, your average bottle of CBD oil should last between 1-2 years. If left longer or it goes out the date (depending on whether or not it is blended with other products), it shouldn’t spoil; instead, it will only lose a little of its potency.

Does it depend on what you mean by how long does CBD Oil last? If you are referring to in the body, then the effects can last between 2-6 hours, but if you are referring to the so-called shelf life of CBD Oil, then that is a different situation altogether.
The shelf life of CBD Oil can be affected by several factors, including storage. On average, CBD Oil can last between 14 and 24 months. Like most medications, the active ingredients become less active once the expiry date is reached. CBD Oil is much the same. Once the CBD Oil reaches the 24-month mark, the product should be replaced. There is little danger using the product past this period; however, the CBD Oil may be less effective.

Adhering to proper storage methods, CBD oil’s shelf life could last up to 14 to 24 months. Don’t forget to keep it in the dark, cool, and dry place to preserve its constituents. But bear in mind that even if required steps are followed, it will still become not as effective as the fresh and new one.

CBD oil shelf life depends heavily on whether it has been opened or not. When opened, used, and then placed on the shelf, it will last about six months. I bought it in a vacuum-sealed container or airtight container, and it can last 1-2 years. I have also heard of people placing it in the refrigerator to extend the life of it once opened.

It depends on the environment and how it’s packaged. But an opened bottle of CBD oil stored correctly will last six months. There have been stories of the oil lasting a few years. (Although not recommended.)
