If packaged and stored appropriately you can figure on around 12-14 months. Production and packaging can affect that, as well. An opened bottle will last around 6 months in the right conditions. We’ve always used ours before it went bad (:

This all depends on how it is stored and if it is opened. If opened, stores in an airtight container, and in a cupboard where it is not damp, a year maybe even two. After opening 3 – 6 months, I have heard of people storing it in the fridge on the basis that it will last longer.
