It all depends on the person! I have heard some people say that prolonged use gave them improvement and that their progress was subtle and gradual. I’ve heard others say that they felt the positive effects immediately. Like any other treatment, you need to try it in order to find your therapeutic level and method.

Everyone reacts differently, so you won’t know unless you try.
I had a friend use it who saw almost immediate results, whereas my dad used it and had no results at all.
