Hemp seeds are great for your diet! They are packed with amino acids that help with your heart health and are good sources of protein and fiber. Because they are so high in unsaturated fats, it is best to eat hemp seeds in moderation. It has been suggested that you do not eat more than 20 tablespoons – 20grams – of hemp seeds a day. If you overeat, you will have too much oil and fats in your system, which can give you diarrhea.

It’s recommended to eat two tablespoons of hemp seed a day. This serving offers 15% of your daily vitamin A requirement as well as 25% of your recommended daily iron. Overeating hemp seeds will cause diarrhea due to its oil content. Any person who was previously dependant upon cannabis should avoid eating hemp seeds.

A few tablespoons of hemp seeds is excellent. Sprinkle them into your smoothie or on your salad, cereal, or into your yogurt. They’re perfect for people with gluten allergies or if you want to cut down on wheat products. I like hemp seeds instead of breadcrumbs to make chicken nuggets. The coating is wonderful!

All depends on the person, and the packaging should give you a good idea of what is in each serving. They can benefit you for a number of reasons, including reducing your risk of heart disease. IMO, I would not eat more than two servings a day unless you have been eating them for a while and have built up a “tolerance” within your body.
