Right now, there are no federal laws in terms of legal age for buying or using CBD products. But different states will have their guidelines for minimum age. They could also impose restrictions on the maximum THC content allowed, which is usually 0.3%. So, you need to check on the specific regulations applicable to your state before buying. And it could vary based on the type of product as well. On top of that, retailers can also impose further restrictions based on their internal policies.

For me, in the UK, the legal age you can buy CBD products from is 18 years old. However, in other places, it varies between 18-21. If you’re buying it online or in-person at a store, they will have signage that states the legal age limits.

As the law reads right now, to purchase in stores in the US, you have to be 21 years old because of the new FDA regulations on tobacco products. If you want to buy CBD products on the internet, there is an age restriction of 18 years old.

The legal age to buy CBD is 18 years old for the majority of the world. There are certain states where the legal age is 21. People of all ages use CBD thanks to its many benefits, keep in mind that CBD grown from hemp oil contains less than 0.3% THC.

It just depends on where you live and what you are buying. In stores by me, all the signage says must be at least 21 or over to buy in this store. I know other places in the US are 18 and up. So it depends. Also, with the Internet, I’m not sure age matters. I had someone in my local town middle school get “busted” with a bunch of CBD stuff in his locker that he was trying to sell to his friends.

The extensive world tour of the internet has made significant changes to the deep surface of big data that surrounds teenagers and the youth level of society. As you buy online, you would only answer a few simple questions about limited age products, and then with a click, you own it! Easy peasy Japanese! Whereas the real drug store allows people above 21 to purchase anything from it.

It depends on your area. Though CBD is non-intoxicating I think you’d at least have to be 18 years old

Reputable Cannabidiol (CBD) companies restrict the selling of CBD products. It can only be purchased for those at least 18 years of age, and minors are not allowed because it may cause them harm. However, this will still depend on the product that will be bought. Some products are readily available in shops or market for anyone can buy.

It depends on the state and whether or not you’re purchasing in person, online, or if the location you are patronizing sells other items that would affect who is able to enter. Typically speaking, it is 18 or 21. Just check with the laws of the region.

This depends mostly on the state you purchase it in or country. While most have the age limit at 18 for CBD products, some are still at 21, the same as cigarettes and recreational marijuana. You will need to check with a local distributor of CBD in order to find out exactly.

Globally, the CBD marketplace is largely unregulated. While in many western countries, and some of those across Europe, the age is stated to be 18. However, with some online stores simply asking you to input a date of birth before unlocking its store of CBD products, it’s easy to understand how younger people are easily able to obtain CBD.

Well, interestingly enough, CBD products from plants from licensed marijuana cultivation are only available at dispensaries, for adults 21 and over and for medical purposes. But online, you can buy CBD as long as you are 18 years old.

You have to be at least 18 years of age to purchase CBD or CBD products. Note that if you try to go to a dispensary to buy CBD products, you will only be allowed into the dispensary if you are at least 21 years of age. Online, however, you must only be 18 years or older to purchase CBD or CBD products. The restrictions are far less stringent online.
