Bake them for about 15 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Toss the seeds until they begin to pop. If you have hearts (ground seed) you can add them to baked goods, soups, salads, or shakes! 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Moogdummy 0 Questions 81 Answers 0 Best Answers 179 Points View Profile Moogdummy 2020-06-12T12:22:53-04:00Added an answer on June 12, 2020 at 12:22 pm There’s literally tons of ways to prepare hemp seed. The easiest is toasting them (in a cast iron skillet preferably). Once they begin to pop in the pan they are full cooked through. You can also grind them down to a powder using a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder if you have one on hand. The powder is great for adding into a variety of food recipes. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp CrayM 0 Questions 163 Answers 0 Best Answers 342 Points View Profile CrayM 2020-06-11T01:29:31-04:00Added an answer on June 11, 2020 at 1:29 am You will want to heat a medium sized saucepan on medium – high heat. Once heated, place the hemp seeds in the pan, without any oil as hemp seeds are naturally very oily. Once you start to hear them pop, they are ready to be taken off. You can add salt and pepper for desired taste. 0 Login to Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login or register to add a new answer.
