Making hemp bracelets requires some macrame skills, but it’s pretty simple.
Cut a strand of hemp that is six times the length of your bracelet.
Then, cut a length that is two times as long as the first one you just cut.
Fold each strand in the middle, and make a knot that’s about a half-inch from the top.
Hold that knot there in place using a weight.
The next step is to create an overhand knot.
Take a left outer strand and loop it under the middle strands while pulling it through.
The pull the outer strands to tighten.
Alternate knotting each side.
Add beads and other accessories through this repeated knotting process.
Wrap the bracelet around the wrist and fasten it by threading the end strands through the loop.
Trim the excess, and you’re done!
