It is quite easy to make hemp milk. You need a few ingredients before you can make it. You’ll need hemp seeds, a blender, and water. First, you will have to add the hemp seeds and the water into a high powered blender. You can also add a bit of any sweetener if you want. Then pour the mixture into a storage container and put it inside the refrigerator to cool down. You can drink it and keep yourself healthy.

Can anyone help me and tell me where to buy hemp milk, and will it show up if a drug test is done?
Melody
You can buy hemp milk on Amazon. It might not be in your local grocery store, but it should be at your local health food store. And no, it won’t show up on a drug test, because they test for THC and there isn’t any in hemp milk.

Hemp milk is usually made from softened hemp seeds that are soaked in water (to help them disintegrate) and then blended with regular old water. Thicker hemp milk results from using more seeds.

There are a variety of hemp milk products on the market, and I would guess they each use slightly different processes. But at a basic level, hemp milk is made from hemp seeds that are soaked in water then blended. If you want to give this a try for yourself, combine hemp hearts and water in a 1:8 ratio. I want it thicker, use less water, if you want it thinner, add more. If you use seeds instead of hearts, I’d suggest straining with a cheesecloth once you’ve blended (unless you have a super mega blender that doesn’t leave any seedy bits). You can also mix in essential oils, sweeteners, herbs, or spices, depending on your preferences. Hemp milk is naturally high in protein, contains more calcium than cow milk (!!!), and has the golden 1:3 ratio of omega 3s and omega-six fatty acids, which is the optimal ratio for absorption, and promotes heart and brain health and reduces inflammation. It’s a great nut-free dairy alternative!
