The necessary steps are quite straightforward:
Simply grind up an ounce of hemp, including the stem, super finely with a grinder
Decarb CBD and THC by baking ground bud at 220 F for 90 minutes
Place the herb in alcohol or veggie oil and heat in a closed container – near boiling for 3hrs
The cannabinoids simply dissolve into the hot alcohol solution
Strain the CBD and cannabinoids with a cheesecloth
