I would think of mixing it in with a smoothie or drink would be best. Also, any food would be an excellent choice to mix it in with and take it.

If you’re talking just hemp oil, you can use it in dressings for salads, in smoothies, or as the oil base for hummus and other dips.
If you’re taking CBD, it depends on what you’re aiming to treat–topically is useful for targeted pain management, sublingual is excellent for overall pain and anxiety management. Capsules are also an option for more slow-released preferences.

If this is a tincture, the best way to take it is placing a drop or whatever amount you usually take, under the tongue, and allowing it to absorb into you by holding it there. This may not be the best way to take CBD, though, that depends on the user and prior use. There are all sorts of CBD products, so find what is right for you!
