You can use CBD oil as a massage oil like you would any other. You can apply it directly to the skin as is or warm it a bit beforehand for that next level of comfort. I have had a CBD massage with regular massage oil and CBD tincture previously. The experience was amazing! I would highly recommend one over a standard massage.

Use a few drops of CBD oil with coconut or olive oil. You can even use it with a massage lotion. Add some essential oil for a more aromatic experience. And you can also mix in any other oils if you want. It all depends on your personal preference. However, avoid heating the oil mixture since CBD oil could easily break down and lose its health benefits. But when you massage the oil through, your skin will naturally begin to feel warm.

If you are giving someone a massage with CBD oil to help them remedy a health issue, the best thing you can do is to try and go as deep as you can, while making sure it remains comfortable for the recipient!

Just like other massage oils, CBD massage oil is used best when slightly warmed up. Use CBD sparingly. It is best used when looking to stretch your muscles. CBD has excellent anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it ideal for massaging. CBD massage oil is known to speed up the healing process of injuries to the body.

Using CBD oil for massage is just like any other massage oil. You can use it the way you use coconut oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, and almond oil. It is encouraging to warm the CBD oil but do not heat too much because it will degrade the CBD within the oil or will lessen the medicinal value.

Yes! You might be better off buying a topical CBD cream though instead of having to whip something up and hope it works.

Remember when heating up that you don’t want to overheat the hemp oil because it doesn’t do well with high heat. A higher heat will burn off any nutrients or anything else good about using CBD oil over other massage oils.

You can use CBD oil for massage in the same way you would use any other massage oil. Usually, people first like to heat their CBD massage oil, so it is a little warm when applied. Then, make sure you use a liberal amount of CBD massage oil to decrease the friction on skin that can occur during a massage. Finally, be prepared for your client to be extremely relaxed and content after receiving a massage using CBD oil.

Oh! Massage sweet massage! You really can use it alone or mix it up with other oils such as jojoba oil, argan oil, coconut oil, almond oil and make your body oil recipe. For a more soothing experience, put on a candle next to your oil jar so as to have the atmosphere more relaxing, and the oil warmed before application.

Just like any other massage oil. Warming it is encouraged, no one likes cold lotion/oil hitting them when getting a massage! If heated too much, it will degrade the CBD within the oil, providing lessening effects from it.

You can buy commercial creams or oils, or make your own (you can render the oil if you have raw hemp available, or you can add CBD to your preferred lotion or oil)! You’d use it in the same way you’d use any other massage oil, but if you oil is hemp seed oil, make sure you don’t heat it above lukewarm.

CBD oil is incredible for massage. Just use it as you would any massage oil. Apply as needed during the massage, so you have a smooth and silky surface on the skin for massaging without friction. You should warm it up a bit if you want, but not too much! If you warm it too much, it loses the medicinal value.

You don’t want to use just any CBD supplement.

You’ll want to buy (or make yourself) a CBD cream that is designed for topical massage use.

Popular mixtures include lavender oils, coconut, menthol, camphor, and other soothing herbs.

The higher the amount of CBD contained in the topicals, the more relaxed that you’ll feel during your massage.

The soothing sensations from all of the combined herbs plus the CBD make for one incredibly soothing massage!
