I can’t give you an exact number, but it would be much more cost-efficient for us. However, producing hemp ethanol is where you start to run into problems, potentially high-cost issues. Because hemp ethanol is not produced at anywhere near the same rate as gasoline, it currently costs more to produce. As another commenter mentioned, research is ongoing regarding how to make hemp ethanol more available and accessible. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Seymour Simone 0 Questions 96 Answers 0 Best Answers 202 Points View Profile Seymour Simone 2020-06-30T16:08:15-04:00Added an answer on June 30, 2020 at 4:08 pm It would be if it were widely available. However, research is still ongoing about how to increase the biofuel’s availability and efficiency. Biofuel is the future, so it’s interesting to see how they develop. I would invest in companies that are researching new ways to promote biofuels. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp HempGuru United States (US) 0 Questions 126 Answers 0 Best Answers 276 Points View Profile HempGuru 2020-06-30T10:18:04-04:00Added an answer on June 30, 2020 at 10:18 am Yes, hemp ethanol is a lot cheaper and cleaner to use, very safe for the environment. On top of that, it’s a renewable resource with very minimal, if any, environmental impact (arguably, it’s GOOD for the environment). So it’s “cheaper” in terms of negative affects on the environment, as well. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerCancel replyYou must login to add an answer.
