Here is an excellent recipe for hemp granola:
      3/4 cup almonds
      1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
      1/2 cup pecans
      1 cup raw walnuts
1 cup coconut (desiccated, shredded or flakes)
      1 cup hemp hearts
      2 Tablespoons chia seeds
      1/3 cup melted coconut oil
      One teaspoon vanilla
      One teaspoon cinnamon
      1/4 cup maple syrup
      Dash of salt
1/2 cup pitted and chopped Medjool dates

      1. Preheat oven to 250F.
      2. Add your nuts to a food processor, but don’t chop too much because you want it crunchy.
      3. Put the nut mixture into a large bowl and add all the other ingredients (except dates).
      4. Spread an even layer of the mixture onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes.
      5. Take out of the oven and add dates to the mix. Bake for another 25 minutes until granola is golden brown.

After that, you should put it in the fridge for a day. Hopefully, it works out for you. Enjoy!

Start by preheating the oven up to 250°F. Chop pecans, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and walnuts into smaller pieces but not too tiny and thin. Put nuts into a large bowl then add the necessary ingredients (unsweetened coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, hemp hearts, chia seeds, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt). Then, spread it in a baking sheet. Bake for an hour until granola becomes golden brown.

Yes! Just use a granola recipe you like and throw some hemp in there.

This is a straightforward addition to almost anything. Hemp granola, as well as many other hemp-infused products, are created through heating together. An even more straightforward way to do this is adding hemp hearts, which can be purchased in a variety of places, to whatever you are cooking.
