Research may suggest that hemp is a healthier alternative to smoking tobacco.

Inhaling anything will damage your lungs due to the evolutionary purpose that it is unable to process such material so it can damage your lungs and lead to building up. Nonetheless, if you smoke it non-regularly, your lungs will be able to heal most of the damage in between periods of usage. Just like anything in life, moderation is key. As previously stated, finding hemp to smoke can be challenging and may require time to recover.

Smoking hemp as an alternative to tobacco cigarettes can be a beneficial transition. Hemp is not only carcinogen free (the primary constituent of health degradation in cigarettes) but non habit forming as well. That being said, smoking at all poses risks to your lung health.

No, inhaling any form of smoke is NEVER going to be healthy. Might there be health benefits? yes! But that doesn’t mean there aren’t negative effects to smoking.

Just like any other substance you can smoke, it can be unhealthy when used frequently. There are other aspects that contribute to how unhealthy it can be, such as: diet, exercise, and overall well being. If you smoke anything enough, even if studies show it won’t be detrimental, it will cause adverse effects, due to your lungs not evolving into something that regularly processes those inhalants.

The main question is can you smoke hemp, before looking at any health benefits. I see that there are a few smoke hemp products already out there.
