Whatever the case may be, have you guys tried Colorado hemp honey, I must say pretty good. The only drawback is hemp honey is not cheap vs. regular honey. It could get costly unless you got the budget for it.

After the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is legal in all 50 states. The strictness and stipulations of hemp-based products are determined state by state. That being said, as hemp honey contains no THC, the likelihood that hemp-infused honey is legal in your state is very likely.

Yes! Of course, it is! As Amanda stated, it may have restrictions put out in some states, and a few states still have not legalized hemp. The majority of the states have no restrictions on CBD and shouldn’t have any on hemp honey if it does not contain CBD.

It is! I think a few states still have stricter laws on hemp and CBD, but it should at least be legal for purchase everywhere (:
