Yes, as of 2018 farm bill, it is legal in all 50 states.
However, Alaska, I think, is still operating under the 2014 pilot hemp program.

Yes; and the average amount of legal THC level should not increase out above 0.3% likewise the other country’s federal law has only legalized CBD components under or equal to this level and making its legal dosage a minuscule 0.3% and so the industrial hemp products should obey the same jurisdiction.

Yes. Although growing and possessing hemp plants and products are still not legal in Alaska, hemp oil is allowed as long as it contains no more than 0.3% THC. Fortunately, hemp oil products in markets contain a little amount of THC, which means it gives benefits to the body from healthy properties and will not get you high.

Yes, to a degree. Just like some other states, it will need to be below .3% THC so that it is certainly not to have psychoactive effects.

It is legal as long as it is coming from a licensed manufacturer. I believe that’s the case in most areas… However, how they verify the origin is beyond me; my husband and I have noticed on many bottles we see out and about, that very few have labels that contain a clear method for traceability. Many don’t even contain place of origin! I feel like many customers get fooled into thinking that it’s all kosher if they can walk into a store and purchase it, and that’s simply not the case. At any rate, you should only buy from trusted and proven companies/individuals!

Yes, as long as it is derived from a hemp industrial plant.

Who is allowed to grow or sell industrial hemp plants in Alaska?
Melody
Hemp Oil is legal in Alaska as long as it comes from an industrial hemp plant. It’s all under the same federal farm law that legalized (CBD) hemp products with less than 0.3% of THC. So, Alaska follows the federal law. Nothing more, nothing less.
