It is, especially if you’re just using the pure oil in a carrier oil, or a product without a lot of other ingredients. It has anti-inflammatory properties which can soothe irritation of sensitive skin, as well as numerous vitamins and fats that are great for skin health and hydration.

Yes! Very much so actually. Just pay attention to the concentration of the oil as higher percentages could be irritating, especially for sensitive skin. Even so, the hemp seed oil is better than most lotions in the sense that it does not clog pores as regularly and can help regulate the oil production of your skin.
