Hemp Seed Oil is, by virtue, an oily product. However, it does absorb into the skin quite quickly and does not leave a greasy residue behind like other types of oil-based products.

The reason hemp seed oil is so prevalent in skincare is because it is absorbed quickly and is non-greasy. Oils are naturally moist, but hemp oil is not greasy at all.

I have yet to use any hemp oil product that was greasy or left a residue. They are all excellent products, and the non-greasy feel is one of the reasons I love them so much.

Not necessarily. It depends on the skin type you have. The majority of people do not have any greasy results after using hemp seed oil. It is non-greasy, and that is why this oil is one of the most popular skincare products. You can easily use it as a daily moisturizer. However, if you have very oily skin type, then apply the oil at night as a bedtime routine. Applying it during the day can make your skin feel a bit greasy because of its natural trait. Good quality hemp seed oil is never greasy.

Hemp oil soaks in super fast, so it isn’t greasy. You can get lotions and creams with hemp oil in them, usually formulated for oily skin, but you can also put hemp oil right on your skin. I use it as a daily moisturizer (I have dry skin.) After putting it on I immediately notice the increase in hydration and how soft my skin looks and feels.

No, hemp seed oil is non greasy. that’s why it’s one of my essential skincare products. it’s actually recommended for oily skin types because it’s considered a “dry oil” and won’t cause a greasy face come midday. try layering in on at night as the last step in your skincare routine.
