The wick is a string made of hemp, which is natural and safe to use by smokers instead of matches or lighters. When butane lighter is used, extreme caution is necessary, unlike hemp wicks; it burns cleaner and emits less carbon. It also reduces the risk of inhaling flint dust from the usual lighter. Using hemp wick for smoking also gives an experience of a more flavorful and convenient way.

It’s definitely healthier than a butane lighter. But, it’s not healthy than a normal candle wick.

I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s healthy, but it’s a more healthy alternative than typical butane lighters for those smoking herbs which require longer periods of flame.

It’s healthier than using a lighter in my opinion as you aren’t inhaling the butane from the lighter. hemp wick is a more natural alternative

When compared to inhaling butane smoke from lighters, yes it is healthier. It is also healthier in a worldly manner as it requires less methane to produce than lighters.
