Yes, the 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp from the Schedule I Controller Substance designation and made it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Due to it’s lack of notable amounts of THC it’s legal for consumption and a great source of CBD in some cases.

I believe in states where marijuana is legal you should be able to smoke hemp.
