Adding hemp into your typical granola bar is a great idea. Hemp is full of omega3’s and omega6’s, which are fatty acids. Fatty acids are right for your heart and help with hair and nail growth. In your granola, I would add hemp hearts, which are unseeded hemp seeds. Hemp hearts are full of those fatty acids and are a good source of fiber.

Hemp oil and seeds are a great source of nutrients. They are high in omega 3 and 6, dietary fibers, vitamins, and amino acids. They are also known for their calming and stress-relieving effects and are commonly used to treat symptoms of arthritis and body aches. So, hemp granola bars won’t just have a lovely nutty flavor, but will also be quite healthy. And depending on the particular product, granola bars could contain hemp hearts, hemp oil, or even the flour.

      Eating.

You could easily have them for a snack or a light meal, but most popularly you can bring them on a hike, bike ride, when you go camping, anywhere really. Plus, you are getting the added benefits from the hemp seeds to add! You’re a classic win-win!

Hemp granola bars are great for everything that hemp is good for! Hemp hearts have lots of iron, magnesium, and zinc, which are great for cardiovascular systems (hearts). There’s lots of fiber (Ummm… keeps you “going,” if you KWIM) Good for your digestion. Also, hemp supports the immune system. So, hemp granola bars are great because they are portable and easy to eat anywhere!
