You can add hemp hearts into any flax seed cracker recipe. I usually mix flax seeds and hemp hearts with almond flour and a little bit of olive oil. Then, I season with salt and pepper, and sometimes with some rosemary. You can bake it for 20-25 minutes in a 300-degree preheated oven. These crackers are super healthy and delicious! And if you want to make it even healthier, you can throw in some chia seeds. A few almonds could make it extra yummy.

I will represent my way of addressing it, just comprehend some easy steps, first, you will need to get your hands on flaxseed, water, hemp seed, olive oil, and forward seasoning, in the second part you use the directions, mix water with flaxseed let it be for 5 minutes then stir hemp seed olive oil and seasoning.
To resume preparing the recipe, don’t be lazy to search the net!

Again, it’s your preference! My recommendation would be to take your favorite original cracker recipe and just add full or grounded up hemp seed to it! They are tasty and will add that extra kick of added vitamins to your cracker!

Keto – Hemp Flax Crackers, Hemp Almond Flax Crackers, Hemp-Chia-Flax Einkorn Crackers are the best hemp flax crackers recipe. These crackers are nutritious and delicious. Hemp Almond Flax Crackers are gluten and grain-free. The Hemp-Chia-Flax- Einkorn Crackers are pretty strongly flavored and entirely savory. Hemp seeds add a nutty flavor that makes these crackers delectable.

I like this recipe.
You’ll need 1 cup flaxseed, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup hemp seed, 20 milligrams of olive oil, and four teaspoons of your seasoning of choice (I particularly like using Tony Chachere’s, even though it does make the crackers a little salty, but I’m okay with that).
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Use a knife to outline the size and shape of your crackers before baking—Bake at 300 degrees for 20-30 minutes. You’ll know the crackers are done when you can break off a piece, and it’s nice and crispy.

It will be pretty bland if all you have are flax and hemp ingredients. That’s why you should add some chia seeds, some nuts and berries, seasonings, and maybe some olive oil ( or more hemp oil!)
Really you can make pretty much any kind of cracker that you want. The hemp and flax are pretty much a solid base (with tons of nutrients), and you can sprinkle in some pumpkin seed, some sesame seeds may be, and some special zest like lemon or something spicy if that’s what you prefer.

For any hemp recipe, I simply add in the ground hemp when mixing the dry ingredients. Bars and granola being some of the easiest to add it to.

This is the one I use.
1 C water, 1 C Whole flaxseeds, 3 Tbsp chia seeds (I add less for me and more for my son), 3 Tbsp hemp hearts, 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds, 3 Tbsp herbs or spices (ground rosemary or garlic are my favs), 1/2 tsp salt (I add more), 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Preheat oven 200F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flax and chia seeds and water in a bowl. Wait 20 minutes. Add everything else and mix. Spread thinly on a cookie sheet—score with a knife in the shapes you want.
Bake 90 min, turn over. Bake another 90 min. Turn off the oven, but leave crackers in for 20 more minutes. Remove, cool. Break up—sealed container at room temp for up to a week.

Could you grind the seeds? This sounds delicious, but also like it would get stuck in my teeth lol.

I regularly eat mixed-seed flax crackers with hummus or tomato on and, nutritionally speaking, they are AMAZING. One of the BIGGEST issues I have is with getting seeds stuck in my teeth, and I cannot believe I didn’t think to do this!! – THANKYOU!
