Several benefits could be attributed to Hemp leaves, including its antioxidant makeup that causes muscle growth; it strengthens the human body and promotes nervous system capacities. Our brain could burn antioxidants as fuel, which improves general health performance. On the other side, Hemp seeds have inflammatory properties that function to intercede the body’s immune system. These are just a few benefits out of Hemp’s numerous advantages for human health.

      To name a few benefits:

Cosmetically, it can reduce inflammation and moisturize the skin. It promotes proper blood flow in the scalp, and can as such, aid in rejuvenating hair growth.

Medically, it can alleviate the effects of depression and anxiety, treat arthritis and other pain, and encourage more restful sleep.

Nutritionally, it’s a superfood. It is nutrient-dense and contains the perfect ratio of omega fatty acids for optimal absorption.

Industrially, it can be used to create virtually all raw materials and products, with higher efficiency.

Environmentally, it produces more oxygen than trees, requires less water, and grows faster. One acre of hemp can provide, with higher efficiency, the same amount of cellulose that four acres of trees would yield.

The benefits are just about as limitless as the uses.

Hemp is super easy to grow and doesn’t need a lot of attention like crops or plants. It literally a weed and will grow and act like one.

That’s what makes hemp more valuable than say corn for fueling a car or cotton for making clothes. Both corn and cotton need a lot more attention then hemp!
