Anything infused with hemp is a positive thing; in my opinion, hemp honey or CBD honey is no different.
It often comes as CBD honey sticks or honey sticks infused with CBD oil and is super beneficial as a honey substitute as it is packed with all the anti-inflammatory benefits of CBD oil.
Hemp and CBD doesn’t make you high, so my family enjoys hemp honey with our cereal, in our tea, and in cooking. There are lots of brands offering CBD honey these days, and if you can find a brand that uses high-quality hemp or CBD oil, you’re onto a winner.
The cannabinoids work to boost the benefits of the honey and are packed with natural benefits. The best part is, the honey often comes in the sticks, so it is easy to pop in your bag and use it on the go.

Hemp honey works well for me and my allergies. Some debate it, but I’ve found some relief from my seasonal allergy symptoms using it. Some pet food products also include hemp honey to help treat joint pain. It can be used as a medicinal sweetener in coffee or tea for added benefits or even a lip balm for the dry seasons.

My favorite use of it is in tea! Many people I know add it regularly to hot drinks; coffee, tea, hot toddys, etc. I’ve heard it is also very good on oatmeal or toast but have not tried that. Overall, it can be used on anything that regular honey would be used for!
