If you haven’t yet tried hemp seeds in your banana bread, then you’ve got no idea what you’re missing out on. Hemp seeds are packed with nutrients and full of flavor. Here’s what I use for my favorite banana walnut bread recipe with hemp seeds: 2-3 bananas, two eggs, plenty of hemp seeds, walnuts, almond meal, all-purpose flour, honey, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, coconut oil.
Just mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, then mix them and bake in a 180-degree oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.

My answer is to make your own banana walnut bread, as usual, and add in additional hemp hearts for added flavor and nutrition. That’s the quick and dirty version, at least.

You can make banana bread quickly and easily; one of the great things about this dish is how versatile it is. People add all sorts of stuff into their banana bread. So, whether its honey, walnuts, hemp seeds, or more, you follow the same recipe as you would with any regular banana bread, and add whatever additional bits you want to taste. Because hemp seeds have a nutty taste, combining them in with walnuts will make the bread taste AMAZING!

I just tried adding hemp hearts into my mom’s Banana Walnut Bread recipe. I will never make it the same way again.

      You will need
One stick of room temperature butter
      1 cup of sugar
      1/2 tsp salt
      Two eggs
      1 tsp vanilla
      1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted)
      1 tsp baking soda
      1 tsp baking powder
      Three ripe bananas, mashed
      Two handfuls of walnuts
      One handful of hemp hearts

      Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease loaf pan (we use a four loaf cooking stone)
Mix butter and sugar until combined. Mix in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Again, just take your favorite already existing banana walnut bread recipe and add hemp seeds, hearts, or oil to it! It will add an even more nutty flavor to it!

To perform cooking such a cake, you need access to pure bananas, some preferred kind of hazelnuts and hemp seed or its oil, and the rest is simple! Some butter, sugar, eggs, mixed in a bowl till it gets fluffy,… and for the specific ways of mixing and baking methods check out websites also for the definite amount of things you need for addition like milk, flour, seed…

Simply take your favorite banana walnut recipe (substitute nuts for others if you’re allergic) and add hemp hearts in when you’re adding your nuts.

This is after the part where you’ve mixed the wet and dry ingredients together prior to baking.

      • Warm up oven up to 350°F.
      • Cream the sugar and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then add beaten eggs and very mix well.
      • Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Add it to the previous mix. Blend until mixed completely. Then, put mashed bananas, nuts, hemp seeds, and vanilla extract to the mix.
      • Pour them into a floured loaf pan. And bake for an hour until a crack is noticed.

In my opinion, the best one is the one you enjoy the most. Since hemp seed can be added to practically any recipe, especially baked goods. To add the hemp, shell the hemp seeds then grind them up into a powder, if possible. When you are mixing the baking ingredients together, before pouring into a pan, simply add the ground hemp seeds and mix.

I tried a great recipe recently. It was banana bread with walnuts, pecans, and hemp seeds.

      Ingredients:
      Two tbs unsalted butter melted
1 tsp oil to coat the pan
      1/2 c whole wheat flour
      3/4 c all-purpose flour
      1/4 c hemp seeds
      3/4 tsp baking powder
      1/2 tsp baking soda
      1/4 c pecans
      1/4 c walnuts
      Two ripe bananas mashed
      1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
      1/2 c brown sugar
      One egg whole
      One egg white
      pinch of salt

      Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Brush a 9x5x3 in a pan with the oil
Mix the flours, hemp seeds, salt, baking soda, and baking powder
Whisk the egg and the egg white on medium-low speed until combined
Add the butter, sugar, vanilla, and bananas, and mix
Add dry ingredients and mix on real low speed until combined
Stir in the pecans and walnuts.
      Mix everything by hand.
Put the batter into the pan, then bake for 30 to 35 min until golden brown.
Allow cooling on a wire rack before turning onto the rack to cool completely, top side up.
      Notes
Bread can be wrapped tightly and keep at room temperature for about 3- 4 days.

This is the one I use.
1/2 C Sugar, 8 TBSP room temp butter, 2 eggs, 3 overripe bananas, 1 TBSP milk, 1 TSP ground cinnamon (I sometimes delete this), 1 C whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup Hemp Seed, (Optional 1/4 cup Flaxseed), 1 C Walnut Halves (or pieces, whatever I have), 1 TSP baking powder, 1 TSP baking soda, 1 TSP Salt
Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Cream the sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Add mashed bananas. Mix in milk. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients, then add to wet until the flour disappears. Fold in the walnuts.
Bake 1 hr (+10 min?) until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool. I put cream cheese on it to serve.

This easy, delightful banana walnut hemp bread recipe can be made in one bowl, so it’s incredibly easy in terms of preparation as well as cleanup. Try it today!

      Ingredients:
      Three ripe spotty bananas
1 cup almond meal almond flour
      1 cup light spelt flour
½ Cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
      ¼ Cup raw honey
      Two eggs
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      1 tsp cinnamon
      1 tsp baking powder
      ½ tsp baking soda
      ¼ tsp sea salt
      ¼ cup melted coconut oil
      ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

      Preparation:
      1. Preheat oven to 350F.
      2. Get a large bowl, peel and mash bananas until smooth and whisk in your eggs, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla until combined.
      3. Using a sifter, sift in the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Use a spatula, mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
      4. Fold in the Hemp Hearts and chocolate chips until evenly distributed and set batter aside.
      5. Line the loaf pan with a parchment paper (or grease four mini loaf pans) and slowly pour in the batter. Smooth top with a spatula, and cook in the oven for 60-70 min (40 min for mini loaves) or until golden brown and a toothpick or spaghetti stick comes out of the center clean.
