Hemp oil and castor oil are two sides of the same coin. Castor has a higher constriction of fatty acids but does not have the perfect balance of Omeg3, and omega6 like hemp oil does. Hemo oil is also the most unsaturated plant oil. Castor oil is a natural laxative and kills internal parasites. Where hemp oil is the best for topical application for healthy skin, hair, and nails. The downside of castor oil is that it can cause drowsiness, cramping, and stomach issues. Hemp, on the other hand, does not have any adverse side effects. Hemp is also packed with natural vitamins and minerals.
The benefit to hemp oil over castor oil is that you have all the benefits without any adverse side effects, unlike castor oil.

It depends on why you’re choosing one over the other, the intended purpose. In terms of nutritional content, hemp oil is hands-down your winner. However, castor oil has other documented benefits too. For immunity and circulation, it is said to be useful in specific situations, and it’s also high in Omega 3s. Hemp, on the other hand, is rich with omega 3 through to 6.

So, both are good; it depends on what you need it for as to which is best.

This depends on your specific requirements. Both castor oil and hemp seed oil are incredibly healthy. Hemp seed oil is a rich source of omega fatty acids, amino acids, and a range of essential vitamins. It’s quite nourishing and commonly used for its calming and soothing effects. Castor oil is often used as a laxative and is also known for its positive impact on boosting the immune system. They both have anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to help ease body aches and joint pains.

Hemp seed oil is better for you than castor oil. The hemp seed oil has the perfect balance of Omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids, unlike castor oil, which contains a higher level of Omega 3. Both hemp seed oil and castor oil are analgesics, which means they have anti-inflammatory properties.

It depends on your needs and usage. Castor oil is best for hair growth. It has popular and good reviews as a hair growth stimulator. It can grow your hair, eyebrow, eyelashes longer and thicker. Hemp seed oil is best for massage because it contains more vitamins and nutrients that are good for your skin and relaxation.

Many people are going to fill up their achievements for hemp industries, even if it sounds unusual to low-knowledged people! In this passage, you get the variance between castor oil and hemp seed oil, so what are the distinctions? Castor oil contains a higher level of omega-three than hemp oil, it could not come at the perfect ratio of omega 6 to omega 3, castor oil is an aperient which also devastates internal parasites, hemp oil contains 78% vital fats. Also, it stands out oils with primary fats less than 50%.

Assuming we are talking about hair here (for the sake of comparison), castor oil wins out for getting the thumbs on most reasons why people use it! For consumption, hemp oil wins by a landslide because it has way more nutrients and the added benefit of CBD.

Hemp seed oil is much better than castor oil when it comes to health and nutrition benefits. However, castor oil receives rave reviews as a hair growth stimulator. I’ve used castor oil on my eyebrows and eyelashes, which caused the hairs to grow longer and thicker, and even fall out less!

Moogdummy pointed it out very nicely. On another note, many castor oil products have added hemp oil to their product in order to gain the benefit provided by CBD. So, if looking to use this for hair treatment, I would look for a castor oil product that has the added hemp oil in it, providing the best of both worlds.

I would say hemp oil, just for the fact that I’ve never heard people speak of GI upset following ingestion of hemp seed oil.

In terms of using these oils for healthy hair, Castor oil is higher in omega 3’s, but hemp can boast a more ideal ration of Omega 3’s to Omega 6’s.

Castor oil promotes healthy blood circulation and immune system in the right doses.

Internal use of castor oil kills parasites and is a natural laxative. Though, too much of it can cause colon irritation and other discomforts.

Hemp oil is way better as a food in terms of nutrients and agreeability.
