Both have their benefits. I would suggest hemp oil over coconut oil if you need a boost in omega3’s and omega6’s for topical use. Hemp oil is packed with omega3’s and omega6’s, which help with skin rejuvenation and hair growth. Coconut oil is better if using as a frying oil. Hemp oil also feels better on your scalp, but you can use coconut oil as a makeup remover. It depends on what you want to use, either.

I believe they’re both fantastic in their own right. I use both for cooking, but change them depending on what I was cooing. Hemp oil is nutty and earthy, while coconut oil is a little sweeter to taste. Aside from this, I use both on my skin but feel that the hemp oil is better absorbed than coconut oil. As a final point, I will say that it’s easier to buy cheap cold-pressed coconut oil than it is high-quality hemp seed oil, but things might change here as hemp oil is now far more widespread than it was in previous years.

Hemp seed oil is known for its health benefits, such as having a high content in fatty acids like Omega 3, 6 and, nine which are ideal for heart health. Coconut oil will be better in cooking as is does not burn at such a low temperature. In use for your hair, hemp oil is ideal for hair growth as it contains fatty acids. Coconut oil will also help hair growth by promoting moisturization, and hemp oil will do the same.

It depends on your needs and usage. Coconut oil is best for cooking. Unlike hemp, because you can not put it on high heat, it may burn the nutrients. Hemp oil is best for massage because it contains more vitamins and nutrients that are good for your skin and relaxation.

It would depend on what you are using it for. They can both be used for cooking but are also used for very different things. If we are talking about cooking (because we are comparing them after all!), then coconut oil would win only because hemp oil really cannot be cooked with on a high temperature, or it burns off. Coconut oil can be used at higher heats when cooking.

Hemp oil is better than coconut oil when it comes to health benefits.

Coconut oil contains more saturated fat making it unhealthier for cooking and thicker and more solid at room temperature. Also, it causes a more substantial sensation when topically applied. The hemp seed oil has a lower smoke point( the temperature at which it is starting to burn) this will limit you in cooking and requires you to cook it loosely, but it is certainly healthier and would also feel lighter for massage.

If used for cooking, definitely coconut oil as hemp oil cannot stand high heat without denaturing the CBD within the oil. If used for massaging or skin, hemp oil since it contains more nutrients and vitamins that are good for your skin. It really just depends on the usage of it.

It depends on your needs and uses! For general nutrition supplementation, I prefer hemp. For cooking, coconut oil (hemp oil has a much lower smoke point and isn’t to be heated above lukewarm)

Most of the best CBD oils use coconut oil because of the greater amount of saturated fat. So, coconut oil breaks down and carries more CBD molecules. That means coconut oil delivers more CBD to your cells to be absorbed. But ultimately, we need BOTH hemp oil and coconut oil in our world because they are equally good at different things.

They are used for very different things.
Both coconut oil and hemp oil can be used for cooking, but the hemp oil is more volatile.
Virgin coconut oil is the best for cooking, but as for hemp, the only heat you should apply to it should be shallow.
You risk burning out the nutrients, and it will also affect the flavor.
They both contain healthy fats, but hemp is not built for high heats.
