I believe hemp is the way to go vs plastic , I mean look at big company’s going this route. Take a look at lego hemp plastic no more lego pieces made form plastic in the near future. Or plastic straws that will be no longer as hemp straws will soon replace them. Lot of interesting stuff in this industry.

Hemp is better than plastic because it is wholly biodegradable, decomposing within half a year, unlike plastic, that will last for hundreds of years to potentially a thousand years. It is better for other reasons as well since it produces more oxygen than trees and can be grown much faster than other crops to use for products that plastic is used for.
